| 摘要: |
| 目的观察加味当归四逆汤防治卡培他滨所致手足综合征的临床疗效.方法选取单药卡培他滨化疗患者共60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.卡培他滨用量2 500 mg/m2 p.o.Bid d1~14,21 d为一个周期.对照组常规化疗,治疗组在化疗开始时同期服用加味当归四逆汤.结果治疗组30例患者中发生Ⅰ度手足综合征4例,发生率为13.3%,对照组手足综合征发生率为43.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论加味当归四逆汤可有效防治卡培他滨所致手足综合征. |
