| ［摘要］目的 探讨阴道镜检查诊断子宫颈病变的临床价值．方法 对云南省中医医院217例阴道镜检查中可疑宫颈病变的阴道镜图像与病理结检查果进行分析总结．结果 阴道镜图像可疑CIN 68例，病理证实CIN 51例，阴道镜诊断湿疣4例，病理证实4例，阴道镜诊断宫颈癌2例，病理证实宫颈癌2例．阴道镜诊断宫颈炎145例，病理证实142例，阴道镜检查诊断与病理诊断基本符合，2种检查结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）．结论 阴道镜检查对发现宫颈癌前病变、早期宫颈癌，有重要价值 |

| ［Abstract］Objective To evaluate clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesions．Method The colposcopy images and histologic findings were analyzed and summarized in 217 cases with suspicious cervical lesions．Results Colposcopy images found 68 cases of suspicious CIN，and 51 cases of CIN were pathologically confirmed．4 cases of condyloma were diagnosed by colposopy and confirmed by pathological result．2 cases of cervical cancer were diagnosed by colposcopic diagnosis and pathologically confirmed．145 cases of cervical inflamation were diagnosed by colposopy and 142 cases were pathologically confirmed．Conclusion Colposcopy has a significant value in detection of cervical precancerous lesion and early cervical cancer |
