电视胸腔镜治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 研究电视胸腔镜治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌临床疗效.方法 随机选取于2011年10月至2015年8月在安徽马鞍山市中心医院接受原发性非小细胞肺癌治疗的患者共48例作为本次研究对象.根据随机数表法将患者分成实验组和对照组,实验组患者采用电视胸腔镜的手术治疗,对照组患者采用常规开胸的手术治疗方法.比较分析2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数目、术后地佐率止痛药用量、术后胸腔引流量超过50 mL天数、住院时间、住院费用及术后并发症的发生率.结果 实验组与对照组患者比较,手术时间、术中出血量无差异(P>0.05);住院费用与对照组相比略高(P<0.05);实验组患者术后地佐辛止痛药用量、术后胸腔引流量超过50 mL天数、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者淋巴结的清扫数目比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组患者术后心律失常、肺炎、肺复张不良、伤口感染、脓胸并发症的发生率明显低于对照组.2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 电视胸腔镜治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌伤口小、恢复快、住院时间短,可作为治疗原发性非小细胞肺癌的一种可靠有效的方法,值得广泛推广.

Abstract:
[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effects of VATS treatment for primary non-small cell lung cance. Methods We randomly selected 180 primary non-small cell lung cancer patients from October 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital in this study. According to the random number table method,patients were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was treated with surgery VATS approach,the control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy. Then we compared the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pethidine amount of postoperative chest drainage than 10 mL days,length of stay,hospital costs between the two groups. Results The operation time in the observation group was slightly longer than patients in the control group(P>0.05);the hospitalization costs were slightly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The experimental group patients' Dezocine use amount, the days of postoperative chest drainage than 50ml, hospitalization time were lower than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection in patients between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions VATS treatment of primary non-small cell lung cancer has small wounds, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, and can be used as a reliable and effective method for the treatment of primary non-small cell lung cancer, and should be popularized.
