| ［摘要］目的 探讨口服克龄蒙在绝经后妇女取环失败中的应用价值．方法 观察50例院内外绝经后取环失败患者口服克龄蒙前及服后不同时期，再次取环时宫颈软化程度，综合反应程度及成功率．结果 口服克龄蒙3个月，取环时宫颈软化程度和取环成功率明显高于服药前及服药后1月（P＜0.01），取环时综合反应明显低于服药前及服药后1月（P＜0.01）．结论 克龄蒙用于绝经后妇女困难取环是有效的，尤其推荐口服3个月后再取环，可以减轻患者综合反应的发生，提高取环的成功率，值得临床推广和应用． |

| Application of Climen in Difficult Removal of Intrauterine Device in Postmenopausal Women |

| ［Abstract］Objective To explore the application of Climen in difficult removal of intrauterine device （IUD） in postmenopausal women. Methods 50 cases who underwent the failure to take out IUD were given Climen， then the degree of cervical softening，comprehensive reaction degree and success rate were observed before and at different periods after oral Climen. Results After oral Climen for three months， the degree of cervical softening and successful rate were significantly higher than those before treatment and after treatment for 1 month （P < 0.01）， while the response was significantly lower than that before treatment and after treatment for 1 month （P < 0.01）. Conclusion Climen is effective for postmenopausal women to removal IUD， and oral Climen for 3 months is especially recommended. It can reduce the occurrence of comprehensive reaction of patients and improve the success rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
