| ［摘要］目的 探讨全面护理干预对肾病综合征患者临床疗效以及并发症的影响．方法 选择2012年2月至2015年6月收治的74例肾病综合征患者，按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组，各37例．对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用全面护理干预，包括心理护理、生活护理、用药指导、并发症预防护理和出院指导等，观察患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况．结果 观察组缓解率为94.6%，明显高于对照组的75.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.1%，明显低于对照组的27.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论 全面护理干预可以提高临床疗效，减少并发症发生率，从而可以改善患者预后，值得在临床上进行推广． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical efficacy and complications of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 74 patients with nephrotic syndrome in affiliated hospital of Panzhihua University from February 2012 to June 2015 were equally divided into observation group and control group，37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention， while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention， including psychological care， life care， medication guidance，prevention of complications and nursing discharge guidance. Clinical efficacy and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The remission rate of the observation group was 94.6%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.7），with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 8.1%， which was significantly lower than that of the control group（27.0%）， with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications to improve the prognosis of patients. It is worth promoting in clinic. |
