| ［摘要］目的 观察新辅助化疗联合手术治疗与手术治疗对Ib2-IIa局部晚期宫颈癌的临床应用价值与治疗效果．方法 选择昭通市第一人民医院收治的40例Ib2-IIa期局部晚期宫颈癌患者，将其分为2组分别采取不同的治疗手段．观察组20例，采用新辅助化疗联合手术治疗；对照组20例，采用直接手术治疗．观察化疗前后观察组患者肿瘤变化情况及两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切缘阳性率及淋巴结转移阳性率来评估新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的临床应用价值．结果 化疗后观察组患者肿瘤大小明显小于化疗前（P＜0.05），观察组手术时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组切缘阳性率及淋巴结转移阳性率均明显低于对照组，2者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论 在治疗Ib2-IIa局部晚期宫颈癌方面，应用新辅助化疗联合手术治疗方法较手术治疗更有效，具有更好的临床应用效果． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical application and therapeutic effect of new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation treatment and single operation treatment in treatment of stage Ib2-II a locally advanced cervical cancer . Methods Forty patients with stage Ib2-IIa locally advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital were divided into two groups，respectively treated by different methods. The observation group of 20 cases was gvien the new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation therapy；while the control group of 20 cases accepted the direct operation treatment. Then we compared tumor changes，the operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume， the rate of positive margins and metastatic lymph node ratio of patients after chemotherapy between the two groups， and evaluated the clinical application value of new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation treatment。 Results After chemotherapy， the patients' tumor size was smaller than that before chemotherapy in the observation group （P＜0.05）， the operation time and bleeding volume was significantly less in the observation group than those of the control group （P＜0.05）， the observation group margin positive rate and the lymph node metastasis positive rate were significantly lower than those of the control group， there was a statistically significant difference between them （P＜0.05）．Conclusions In the treatment of stage Ib2-IIa locally advanced cervical cancer， new adjuvant chemotherapy combined with operation therapy methods is more effective than single operation therapy， and the clinical effect is better，too. |
