| ［摘要］目的 研究比较电化学发光免疫（ECLIA）分析法与梅毒螺旋体抗体（ELISA）在梅毒诊断中的临床价值．方法 收集昆明市第三人民医院被临床确诊的梅毒患者血清标本183例和非梅毒患者血清样本861例．选用ECLIA法与ELISA法对测试标本进行检测，对比分析2种方法的敏感度、特异性和准确性的差异．结果 ECLIA及ELISA 2种方法的敏感度分别为100%及99.45%，特异性为99.88%及100%，2种方法之间差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）．ECLIA方法在敏感性方面高于ELISA方法．结论 ECLIA法是一种敏感度、特异性和准确性高的检测梅毒抗体方法，具有操作简便、检测速度快、结果判断客观和重复性好等特点． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To compare the clinical value of ECLIA and ELISA in the diagnosis of syphilis. Methods Serum samples were collected from 183 patients with syphilis in our hospital，and 861 patients with non syphilis. ELISA method and ECLIA method were used to detect the antibody of syphilis antibody. Differences in sensitivity，specificity and accuracy were compared and analyzed by two methods. Results The sensitivities of methods measured by ECLIA and ELISA were 100% and 99.45%， respectively. The specificity was 99.88% and 100%， respectively. There was no significant difference between ECLIA and ELISA（P＞0.05）. The sensitivity in ECLIA method is higher than that in ELISA method. Conclusions ECLIA method is a sensitive， specific and accurate method for the detection of syphilis antibody，which has the advantages of simple operation， fast detection speed， good result and repeatability. |
