| ［摘要］在世界范围内，肝癌（HCC）已成为恶性肿瘤的第二大致死因素．而Toll样受体家族（TLRs）的信号转导通路与HCC的进展有关．TLRs是细胞表面的天然免疫识别受体，可以识别作为配体的病原微生物分子，通过与配体结合介导肝脏内的多种细胞的激活和多种细胞因子的分泌，影响HCC发生和发展的过程．更好地了解肝脏中TLRs及信号通路，有助于进一步理解HCC形成的分子机制，并为HCC治疗提供一个新思路． |

| ［Abstract］Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） is the second largest cause of cancer deaths worldwide. TLRs signal transduction pathways are related to the progress of HCC. As an innate immune recognition receptors on the surface of the cell， TLRs are involved in the ligand-mediated activation of various cells and the secretion of cytokines in liver through signal transduction，which is part of the cause and development of HCC.A better understanding of TLRs and these signaling pathways in the liver will help us understand the mechanism of hepatocarcinogenesis and provide a new therapeutic target for HCC. |
