| ［摘要］多发性骨髓瘤是一种单克隆浆细胞恶性增殖性疾病，约占血液系统恶性肿瘤的10％．近年来，由于造血干细胞移植的开展，包含新药如沙利度胺、来那度胺和万珂等的联合化疗的应用，使得MM患者的平均生存期得到了明显的延长．应根据患者的临床症状、身体状况及预后，制定个体化的综合治疗策略．就多发性骨髓瘤患者的治疗策略进行综述． |

| ［Abstract］Multiple myeloma is a monoclonal plasma cell malignant proliferative disease，accounting for about 10% of malignant tumors of blood system. In recent years，due to the application of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the application of MDT by combining new drug such as thalidomide, lenalidomide and bortezomib,the average survival of MM patients was significantly longer than before. The treatment strategy should be individualized before treatment according to the patient's age，physical condition and complications .In this paper，the treatment strategy of multiple myeloma patients were reviewed. |
