| ［摘要］目的 构建滇南小耳猪原位肾移植模型．方法 将ABO同一血型、交叉配血正常、微量淋巴细胞毒试验阴性的10对滇南小耳猪，采用供受体动、静脉及输尿管端端吻合法进行腹膜后原位肾移植．结果 有1个有肾静脉血栓形成，1例发生急性肾小管坏死，均导致移植肾功能不能恢复，其余8例术后无大出血、严重感染、输尿管梗阻、尿漏、肠梗阻等并发症发生，移植肾功能逐渐恢复至正常，移植肾存活率为80%．结论 滇南小耳猪腹膜后原位肾移植的模型有较强的可操作以及较低的并发症，且移植肾的存活率较高． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To establish retroperitoneal orthotopic renal transplantation model in Diannan small-eared swine. Methods Ten pairs of Diannan small-eared swines， which with the same ABO blood type ，the negative of cross matching and complement-dependent cytotoxicity（CDC）cross reaction were performed with retroperitoneal orthotopic renal transplantation，end-to-end anastomosis method was implemented between the donor's and the receptor's renal artery，vein and ureter. Results One case appeared renal vein thrombosis，1 case appeared acute renal tubular necrosis，both resulted in the dysfunction of transplanted kidney，8 cases of postoperative graft function gradually returned to normal. No complications such as severe hemorrhage，infection， ureteral obstruction， urinary leakage ，intestinal obstruction happened，the graft survival rate was 80%．Conclusions Swine retroperitoneal orthotopic renal transplantation model is stable and reliable， with easier operational procedure， less complications and higher graft survival rate. |
