| 目的观察复方光明胶囊对视网膜光损伤的治疗作用.方法通过手术显微镜光源持续照射造模,以形成实验性SD大鼠视网膜光损伤模型,造模成功后,治疗组灌胃不同剂量(高、中、低)的复方光明胶囊混悬液,空白对照组及模型对照组灌胃生理盐水,并于灌胃前、后行光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检查,观察视网膜厚度变化情况.结果造模后,空白组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,高、中、低剂量组视网膜厚度均较治疗前有不同程度增加,各组治疗前后自身比较及治疗后各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论复方光明胶囊对视网膜光损伤具有一定的治疗作用. |
