| 目的分析分化型甲状腺癌组织中Survivin表达,探讨其表达水平与肿瘤病理学因素的相关性.方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学方法检测分化型甲状腺癌组织和正常甲状腺组织中的Survivin的表达.结果在分化型甲状腺癌组织中,Survivin mRNA阳性率72.9%(35/48),Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率为75%(42/56),正常甲状腺组织中均为阴性表达.Survivin在肿瘤组织中的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移和癌组织突破包膜密切相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别及病理分型无关(P>0.05);临床Ⅱ-Ⅲ期患者Survivin的表达明显高于Ⅰ期,随肿瘤恶性程度的增加及颈部淋巴结转移的出现,Survivin的表达呈升高趋势.结论 Survivin在分化型甲状腺癌组织中表达上调,提示Survivin在分化型甲状腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用.其表达水平增高可将其作为预测肿瘤的侵袭性、恶性程度和预后的重要标志物.Survivin有望成为甲状腺癌诊断和治疗的新靶点. |
