| 目的观察GPC3、AFP在肝硬化高度异型增生结节及肝细胞癌中的表达,探讨其在肝细胞癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用及意义.方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测GPC3、AFP在肝硬化高度异型增生结节、肝细胞癌及正常肝组织中的表达.结果 GPC3在进展期HCC中的表达阳性率为86.36%(38/44),在高分化HCC中的表达阳性率为68.18%(15/22),在肝硬化伴高度异型增生结节中的表达阳性率为45%(9/20),在正常肝组织中无阳性表达(0/20).AFP在进展期HCC中的表达阳性率为47.72%(21/44),在高分化HCC中的表达阳性率为27.27%(6/22),在肝硬化伴高度异型增生结节中的表达阳性率为15%(3/20),在正常肝组织中无阳性表达(0/20).结论 GPC3是一个较敏感及特异的标记物,可以和AFP联合应用协助诊断肝细胞癌. |
