| ［摘要］目的 探讨急性肾损伤的临床特点．方法 对131例急性肾损伤患者的临床资料进行分析．结果 急性肾损伤发病率3.01％，非老年组常见病因是以肾毒性药物使用、动物毒素及感染等因素为主，而老年组则以梗阻引起肾后性为主．老年组的治愈率低于非老年组，病死率高于非老年组．结论 控制加重因素，合理肾脏替代治疗是提高治老年急性肾损伤愈率，减少死亡率的主要治疗措施 |
