| Abstract］Hand，foot，and mouth disease is a common infectious disease among children， mainly caused by coxsackievirus type A 16 and enterovirus 71，and has become a serious public health hazard. The biological characteristics and laboratory tests of the two pathogens are reviewed in this paper. |
