云南球花石斛花化学成分的研究

摘要:
[摘要]目的 研究云南球花石斛花化学成分,发现其活性成分.方法 球花石斛花溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、和质谱)确定结构.结果 从该药用植物花乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为: β-sitosterol(1),stigmasterol (2), 6,7-dimethoxy coumarin(3),6- methoxy -7- hydroxy coumarin(4),dibutyl phthalate(5),naringenin (6), daucosterol(7).结论 所有化合物均为首次从本植物花中分离得到.

Chemical Constituents from the Flowers of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum

Abstract:
[Abstract]Objective To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and find its bioactive compounds. Methods The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis(1H NMR,13CNMR and EIMS).Results Seven compouds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol(1),stigmasterol(2),6,7-dimethoxy coumarin(3),6-methoxy -7- hydroxy coumarin(4),dibutyl phthalate(5),naringenin(6),daucosterol(7).Conclusion All compounds were isolated from the flowers for the first time.
