| ［摘要］ 目的 比较中西医结合与西医治疗老年骨质疏松症的效果，为临床治疗提供参考．方法 将120例老年骨质疏松症患者分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组患者采取中西医结合治疗，对照组患者采取西医治疗，分析2组患者治疗效果．结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率（93.4％）显著高于对照组（80.0％），P＜0.05，观察组患者疼痛VAS评分（0.67±0.24）分，显著低于对照组（1.82±0.84）分，P＜0.05，观察组患者BMD（0.67±0.11）g/cm2显著高于对照组（0.61±0.10）g/cm2，P＜0.05，常见不良反应为发热、皮疹、胸闷等．结论 在老年骨质疏松症的治疗中，采用中西医结合治疗能够提高治疗效果，具有推广价值． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To compare the effect of Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine on senile osteoporosis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with senile osteoporosis in hospital were selected，patients were divided into control group（60 cases） and observation group（60 cases），control group patients were given treatment of western medicine，observation group patients were given treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine，the effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（93.4%） was significantly higher than that of control group（80.0%），P ＜0.05，the VAS pain scores（0.67±0.24） in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（1.82±0.84），P ＜0.05. Patients' BMD（0.67±0.11）g/cm2 in the observation group was significantly higher than control group（0.61±0.10） g/cm2，P＜0.05. Common adverse reactions were fever，rash，chest tightness. Conclusion In the treatment of senile osteoporosis，the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the treatment effect，has the promotion value. |
