| ［摘 要］ 目的 观察依托芬那酯凝胶对比双氯芬酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性．方法 将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组30例，对照组30例，观察组采用依托芬那酯凝胶+烤灯治疗，对照组采用双氯芬酸钠口服治疗，观察2组的临床疗效、Lequesne指数、关节疼痛及不良反应发生情况． 结果 观察组与对照组在治疗后总有效率分别是83.3%和76.7%、膝关节疼痛强度及副作用方面，Lequesne指数分别为（3.2±1.6）和（5.1±1.8），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）． 结论 依托芬那酯凝胶+烤灯治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著，副作用小，值得临床推广． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Etofenamate gel vs. Diclofcnac Sodium in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into trial group（30cases） and control group（30cases）. The trial group was given Etofenamate Gel with roast lamp. The controlled group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium , orally for treatment. Clinical efficacy，Lequesne index， joint tenderness pain and the incidence of adverse events were observed in 2 groups．Result Compared with after treatment, the total effective rate（83.3% in trial group and 76.7% in control graup），joint tenderness pain and the incidence of adverse drug reaction，and lequesne index［（3.2±1.6）in trial group and （5.1±1.8）in control group］had statistically significant differences between 2 groups（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Etofenamate gel with roast lamp has significant clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis，and is worth promoting . |
