| ［摘要］目的 探讨全程优化护理在ST段抬高型心肌梗死（STEMI）患者急诊中的应用．方法 将140例STEMI患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各70例．对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用全程优化护理，比较2组患者抢救成功率、急救时间（包括病情评估时间、建立静脉通路时间、心电图时间、总急救时间）及护理满意度．结果 与对照组比较，观察组抢救成功率明显提高，急救时间明显缩短，且患者满意度较高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论 全程优化护理缩短了急救时间，提高了抢救成功率，提升了患者对护理服务的满意度，值得临床推广． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing in emergency treatment of patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction（STEMI）. Methods 140 patients with STEMI were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing method， and the observation group was given the whole process optimization nursing. The rescue success rate，first aid time （including the assessment time，the establishment time of the venous path， ECG time，total first aid time）and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with the control group， the success rate was significantly improved， the first aid time was significantly shortened， and the patients' satisfaction was higher in the observation group. The differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The whole process of optimizing nursing can shorten the emergency time，increase the success rate， improve the patients' satisfaction，which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
