前列腺素E2对COPD合并肺癌的致病机理

摘要:
[摘要]目的 探讨前列腺 素E2( Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)对慢性阻塞性 肺疾病 (Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)并发肺癌(Lung carcinoma ) 的致病机理.方法 将60只大鼠随机分为A、B、C 3个组,每个组20只.将A组大鼠给予肺内注射3,4-苯并芘-玉米油混合液复制肺癌模型.20周时行肺部CT扫描,观察有无病灶,有病灶者行病理检查;将B组大鼠用被动吸烟复合气道内注入脂多糖法复制COPD模型,到29日行肺组织病理检查,观察有无COPD病理改变;C组大鼠做空白对照.用PGE2酶联免疫试剂盒测定A、B、C三组大鼠血清中PGE2的含量,记录数据.应用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结果 肺癌模型组、COPD模型组血清中PGE2水平均较对照组升高,P<0.05,差别具有统计学意义. 结论 研究证实PGE2在肺癌及COPD大鼠模型血清中均较对照组升高,肺癌及COPD可能存在共同的致病过程.

Role of Prostaglandin E2 in the Pathogenesis of COPD with Lung Cancer

Abstract:
[Abstract]Objective To explore the role of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and lung cancer. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 20 in each group. Rats in group A were given intratracheal injection of 3,4-benzopyrene-coin oil mixture to induce lung cancer model. 20-week later all rats were given CT scans of the lungs,then the lung lesion were observed and performed by pathological examination. Rats in group B were given passive smoking and injection of lipopolysaccharide to induce the COPD model,lung pathological examination was given on 29day to observe the COPD pathology. Rats in group C received no treatment and as control. PGE2 Elisa Kit was used to test the serum levels of PGE2 of rats in group A,B,and C. The data were analyzed by using statistical software SPSS 17.0. P<0.05 was regarded as a statistically significant difference. Results The serum levels of PGE2 in lung cancer group and COPD model group were significantly higher than those in control group,P<0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion Our research confirms the high serum levels of PGE2 in lung cancer and COPD, suggesting that COPD and lung cancer may have common pathogenesis.
