| ［摘要］目的 评估骨质疏松症对骨性关节炎发病机制的影响及分析骨质疏松症对骨性关节炎的发病是否存在相关性．方法 563例骨性关节炎患者及439例非骨性关节炎患者分别进行BMD、BMI、年龄统计分析．采用相关分析、R×Cχ2检验分析及方差分析方法，α=0.05．结果 病例组与对照组中OP率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），病例组高于对照组．结论 OP患者患OA的危险是非OP患者的25.320倍，OP为OA发病机制影响因素. |

| ［Abstract］Objective To evaluate the effect of osteoporosis on the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis， and analyze the correlation of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Methods We statistically analyzed the data of 563 patients with osteoarthritis and 439 patients with osteoarthritis， including the bone mineral density，the method of statistics included relevance analysis，x2 of R×C form analysis and variance analysis．Results There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of osteoporosis between the case group and control group， the rate of osteoporosis in case group was higher than the control group. Conclusion The risk of osteoarthritis for osteoporosis patients is 25.320 times of the patients without osteoporosis， osteoporosis may be involved in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis. |
