云南省彝族205例泌尿系结石成分分析

摘要:
[摘要]目的 对云南省彝族泌尿系结石患者的结石成分分析,为该地区彝族人群泌尿系结石的防治提供帮助.方法 收集云南省205例彝族泌尿系结石标本,应用红外光谱仪进行结石成分分析检测,结合临床资料分析泌尿系结石的化学成分特征.结果 上尿路结石占90.7%,下尿路结石占9.3%.单一成分结石占51.2%,混合成分结石占48.8%.单一成分结石中最常见的结石为草酸钙结石(43.4%);混合成分结石中最常见的结石为草酸钙、碳酸磷灰石(31.2%).男女泌尿系结石成分存在差异:含有草酸钙结石成分的男性泌尿系结石患者多于女性患者(P=0.023);而含有碳酸磷灰石成分及六水磷酸铵镁成分的女性泌尿系结石患者多于男性患者(P<0.01).结论 云南省彝族泌尿系结石患者中,上尿路结石明显多于下尿路结石.草酸钙是最主要的结石成分,性别对结石成分有影响.

Analysis of Urinary Stone Constituents in 205 Yi Nationality Patients in Yunnan Province

Abstract:
[Abstract]Objective To study the characteristics of stone constituents in Yi nationality patients in Yunnan province,and provide assistance in prevention and treatment of urinary stones in this area. Methods Infrared spectrophotometry was carried out for biochemical composition analysis of 205 samples of urinary stones,and the chemical composition of urinary stones were analyzed with the clinical data.Results The incidence of upper urinary tract stones was 90.7%, and the incidence of lower urinary tract stones was 9.3%. Pure stones were found in 51.2% of all stones and the mixed stones were 48.8 %. Calcium oxalate stones(43.4%)and calcium oxalate + carbonate apatite stones(31.2%) were repectively the most common stones in pure and mixed stones. The component of urinary stones was different in terms of gender. The detection rate of calcium oxalate was higher in male than female. Inversely,the detection rate of carbonate apatite and magnesium ammonium phosphate was lower in male than female.Conclusions In urinary stone patients of Yi nationality in Yunnan province, the incidence of upper urinary tract stones is higher than lower urinary tract stones. Calcium oxalate stones are the most common stones, and the gender has a effect on the component of urinary stones.
