| ［摘要］目的 探讨健康教育和心理护理干预对产后抑郁症患者预后的临床效果．方法 选取2012年3月至2014年3月在陕西省安康市中心医院住院分娩的产后抑郁症患者90例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组分别45例，其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行健康教育和心理干预．观察比较2组患者干预前后焦虑及抑郁评分变化、出院后服药依从性以及生活质量．结果 观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者出院后3个月、6个月的服药依从性以及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）．结论 健康教育和心理干预对于产后抑郁患者预后良好，且能够有效改善患者的服药依从性及生活质量，是防治产后抑郁症的有效措施之一． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education and psychological nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with postpartum depression. Methods Ninety cases of postpartum depression in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014， were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing， the patients in the observation group received health education and psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression scores change，medication adherence and quality of life in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. The medication adherence and quality of life score 3 months and 6 months after discharge in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Health education and psychological intervention has positive effect on the prognosis of postpartum depression patients， and can effectively improve the patient's medication compliance and quality of life， it's one of the effective measures for the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression. |
